镇痛电子治疗仪在分娩镇痛中的应用效果分析及护理对策 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨镇痛电子治疗仪在分娩镇痛中的镇痛效果及护理。 方法 方便选择2015年7―12月在该院产科分娩的产妇200例，100位自愿选择使用镇痛电子治疗仪进行分娩镇痛的产妇作为观察组，另选择100位未使用镇痛电子治疗仪进行分娩镇痛的产妇作为对照组，对两组产妇的疼痛程度、活跃期时间、分娩出血量及新生儿Apgar评分进行比较。结果 两组比较在镇痛效果评分采用ridit分析结果显示观察组R=0.3766，对照组R=0.6234，P0.05，镇痛效果显著；在缩短产程时间分娩有明显效果，观察组活跃期平均时间（156.23±48.38），对照组活跃期平均时间（328.45±59.38），P0.05，差异有统计学意义。分娩出血量及新生儿Apgar评分方面差异无统计学意义。 结论 镇痛电子治疗仪在降低分娩疼痛，缩短产程时间有明显效果，但良好的护理是保证镇痛治疗效果的关键。 　　[关键词] 镇痛电子治疗仪；分娩镇痛；护理对策 　　[中图分类号] R71 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）09（c）-0159-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of the analgesic treatment of electronic instrument and care in labor analgesia.
