高校二级学院工会创新建设的研究 　　摘 要 高校工会组织是以矢志教书育人的高校教师为主体的群众性组织机构，二级学院工会是代表二级学院教师利益，依法维护教师的合法权益，按照工会章程把二级学院教职工群体团结起来举办各类活动等的综合协调部门，需利用工会工作的本质特性开展各项工作。二级学院工会的根本任务是为师生服务，为教学服务，促进学科建设水平的提高，树立为教学中心工作服务、为培养人才服务的宗旨，不断提升教书育人质量。从新形势的视角分析二级学院工会服务体系的特殊性、服务载体的创新、二级教代会制度功能拓展、自身改革发展、和谐氛围的培育、校园文化建设等方面分析二级学院工会建设工作，需延展服务内涵，改革工作思路，有针对性地采取措施，做好服务协调工作，使二级学院工会职能得到不断拓展。 　　关键词 高校 二级学院 工会 建设 　　中图分类号：G647 文献标识码：A DOI：10.16400/j.cnki.kjdkx.2015.10.0010 　　Associate College Union Innovation Construction 　　LIU Birong， HUI Xueqin， LING Fulin 　　（Mechanical Design and Manufacturing and Automation， Yancheng Institute of Technology， Yancheng， Jiangsu 224051） 　　Abstract Universities unions are committed to educating the university teachers as the main mass organizations， trade unions representing teachers interest in Associate College， safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the teachers of the law， according to the union constitution to Associate College faculty group solidarity up to organize various activities such as general administration and coordination， trade unions need to take advantage of the essential characteristics of the work to carry out the work. Associate College Union fundamental task for students and teachers for teaching services， promote the improvement of the level of discipline construction， establish service center for teaching， for the purpose of personnel training services， and improve teaching quality.
