香砂枳术颗粒治疗脾胃气虚证型功能性消化不良50例的的疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 分析香砂枳术颗粒治疗脾胃气虚证型功能性消化不良的疗效。 方法 随机抽取2013年6月―2015年12月该院诊治的50例脾胃气虚证型功能性消化不良患者作为该次实验的研究对象，对50例实施随机分组。对照组25例实施枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗，实验组25例实施香砂枳术颗粒治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生率。 结果 两组患者均未出现严重不良反应，实验组25例患者的总有效率（72.00%）稍高于对照组（56.00%），但组间差异无统计学意义，P0.05。结论 对脾胃气虚证型功能性消化不良患者采取香砂枳术颗粒治疗效果明显。 　　[关键词] 中药；脾胃气虚证；功能性消化不良 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）07（b）-0136-02 　　Observe Xiangsha Zhizhu Granule in the Treatment of Spleen Stomach Qi Deficiency Type of Functional Dyspepsia Curative Effect in 50 Cases 　　CHEN Feng-bin，PAN Zhen-bin，XUE Wen-juan，ZHU Ming 　　Department of traditional Chinese medicine， the First Affiliated Hospital， Fujian Medical University，Fuzhou， Fujian Province， 350000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the curative effect of Xiangsha Zhizhu granules in treating the spleen and stomach qi deficiency type of digestive dysfunction. Methods Random selection extraction admitted to our hospital in 50 cases of spleen qi deficiency type function peptic patients with poor （June 2013 to December 2015） as the research object of this experiment， in 50 cases of implementation of randomization. The control group （25 cases） in patients with the implementation of mosapride citrate and tablets in the treatment of experimental group of 25 cases of implementation of Xiangsha Zhizhu granules in the treatment of patients， compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect and adverse reaction incidence. Results The two groups of patients had no severe adverse reactions. The total effective rate of 25 patients in the experimental group （72%） was slightly higher than that of the control group （56%）， but no significant differences between groups， P 0.05.
