高校辅导员职业能力的研究 　　摘要：随着高校课程改革的不断发展和研究，新的发展形势下，对辅导员队伍的建设也成为了高校在发展中需要重视的问题。本文结合新的教育发展背景，并在国内外研究的基础上，对高校辅导员的职业能力及其相关概念进行了详细的分析，阐释了高校辅导员队伍建设在高校学生全面发展及整个教学活动展开中的重要作用；同时，从我国目前高校发展的现状出发，对辅导员的能力现状及存在的主要问题进行了总结和论述。最后对新时期我国高校辅导员职业能力建设与提升提出了发展建议。 　　Abstract： With the continuous development and research of the curriculum reform in colleges and universities， in the new development situation， the construction of counselor team has become the improtant problem for the development of colleges and universities. Combined with the new background of education development， based on the research at home and abroad，
