中医辨证治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎配伍用药规律剖析 　　摘 要：目的：通过文献分析，初步总结中医辨证治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎（Chronic Atrophic Gastnritis,CAG）配伍用药规律。方法：检索1994-2006年中医辨证治疗CAG相关文献，提取证候类型、辨证用药等信息，建立数据库并进行统计分析。结果：CAG脾胃虚弱证治疗以益气健脾药为主，常与温里药、理气药、活血药和养阴药组合配伍；肝胃不和证以疏肝理气药与活血药、养阴药组合配伍最多见；脾胃湿热证以化湿药与理气药、健脾益气药之间的配伍最多见；胃阴不足证中养阴药主要与理气药、活血药、和胃消导药组合配伍；胃络瘀血证组方以活血化瘀药为主，常配伍理气药、益气健脾药和养阴药。结论：辨证治疗CAG用药有一定的规律可循，多在主方、主药的基础上，综合考虑本证型病机特点，适当配伍其他类药物，或使其兼顾病机更加广泛，提高主药治疗效果，或防止主药作用太过，佐制其潜在副作用，充分体现了中医治病从整体出发，重视辨证论治的思想。? 　　关键词：慢性胃炎；萎缩性；辨证论治；中医药疗法；用药规律? 　　中图分类号：R259.733.2文献标识码：A 　　文章编号：1673-7717(2008)11-2507-03? 　　Study on Drug Matching Rule of Chinese Herbal Medicine for the Treatment of ? 　　Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Based on Syndrome Differentiation 　　? 　　WANG Ping,TANG Xu?dong? 　　(Xiyuan Hosipital Affiliated to China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,Beijing 100091,China)? 　　Abstract:Objective:To study the drug matching rule of Chinese herbal medicine for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) based on syndrome differentiation by analyzing the related literatures.Methods:Searching related literatures published from 1994 to 2006,establishing the database with the terms,such as syndrome type,drugs,and et al,then analyzing it using corresponding statistical methods.Results:CAG of spleen deficiency mainly treated with the method of replenishing qi and invigorating spleen,matched with the drugs of supplementing yang,promoting blood circulation and replenishing yin.Disharmony of liver and stomach syndrome treated with soothing liver and regulating qi,matched with promoting blood circulation and replenishing yin.Syndrome of middle-jiao damp-heat treated with eliminating dampness matching with regulating qi and invigorating spleen.Stomach yin deficiency syndrome treated with replenishing yin,and mainly coordinating with drugs of regulating qi,promoting blood circulation and promoting digestive function.Syndrome of stomach meridian stasis treated with promoting blood circulation,mainly combinded with regulating qi,invigorating spleen and
