优秀基层官兵疗养程序剖析 　　文章编号：1005-619X（2008）11-0657-02 　　 　　【摘 要】 目的 分析优秀基层官兵疗养程序，探讨姓“军”为兵服务的模式。方法 通过调研、交流、座谈等形式，总结两年来优秀基层官兵的疗养接待经验。从抓服务意识，优化服务流程入手，探讨“为兵服务”的模式。结果 要从讲政治的高度，认识其姓“军”为兵服务的重要性。从疗养服务程序的细节入手，从“以人为本”的理念出发，优化疗养程序。以点带面，逐步形成新形势下“为兵服务”的疗养模式。结论 优秀基层官兵疗养，是我院两年来为兵服务的旗帜。树立正确的为兵服务观念，牢牢把握为部队服务的发展方向，是我们姓“军”为兵服务质量提升的思想根基。为兵服务是细节服务，谁能把服务做到精益求精，谁就掌握了“为兵服务”的良策。优化服务流程，拓宽服务范围，是我们提高姓“军”为兵服务的方法步骤。 　　【关键词】优秀基层官兵；疗养程序；优化服务流程 　　【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the recuperating process of the excellent officers and soldiers working in primary level and explore the model of service for the Army named officers and soldiers. Methods The experience of reception of the excellent officers and soldiers was summarized in the last two years by the form of investigating, studying, interchanging and discussing. The model of service for the officers and soldiers was investigated by proceeding from paying special attention to the service consciousness and optimizing the service process. ResultsIt was very important to serve the Army named officers and soldiers from the political height. The recuperating program should be optimized by proceeding from the details of recuperating service program and starting with the concept of people oriented. The model of service for the officers and soldiers from the point to the surface under new situation could be formed step by step. Conclusion To provide the good service for the excellent primary level officers and soldiers recuperating is the standard of our convalescent service for the officers and soldiers in two years. Setting up the correct concept of service for officers and soldiers and firmly persisting in the developing orientation of service for the army are our thought foundation of improving the quality of giving service to the Army named officers and soldiers. Service for the officers and soldiers is a detail service work, which can constantly improve with the service and who can master the sound strategy of serving for the officers and soldiers.
