高职院校生产性实训基地运行法律问题的探讨 　　摘 要：高职院校生产性实训基地是具有真实经营功能的校内实训基地，由于其经营性特征在运行过程中出现了很多法律问题，包括劳动关系问题、劳动报酬问题、人身意外赔偿问题、工商许可和税收等问题，这些法律问题影响着生产性实训基地的正常运行。提出了生产性实训基地要依法运行、提升其法律教育功能；要明晰产权，明确生产性实训基地的独立法人地位；要运用法律手段减少其运行风险。 　　关键词：高职院校；生产性实训基地；法律 　　Legal problems concerning productive training base in higher vocational college 　　Gao Huiyun 　　Beijing information technology college， 100018， Beijing， China 　　Abstract： Productive training in higher vocational college is training base with real operating function. There are many law problems during operating due to productive characteristic， which include labor relatio
