北京187名儿童生长激素及其他身体指标剖析 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨儿童生长激素水平与血脂等其他身体指标的相关性,为学生生长发育的研究工作提供参考。方法 对北京市海淀区187名儿童检测身高、体重、血压、胸围、腰围、臀围、皮褶厚度,空腹采静脉血检测生长激素(GH)、转氨酶、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、胆固醇等指标。采用Pearson相关分析、t检验、χ2检验等统计学方法进行分析。结果 生长激素增高组学生身高均值显著高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);生长激素增高组学生转氨酶、三酰甘油显著低于正常组,差异有统计学意义。结论 生长激素增高可促进学生身高增长,对转氨酶和三酰甘油升高有抑制作用。 　　【关键词】 生长激素;健康状况指标;对比研究;学生 　　【中图分类号】 R 347.511 R 339.35 【文献标识码】 A 【文章编号】 1000-9817(2010)09-1101-02 　　 　　Analysis About 187 Childrens Growth Hormone and Other Physical Indicators in Beijing/WU Sheng-xin?*, MA Shou-liang, MA Jun-yi, et al.?* Haidian Education Commission of the Primary and Secondary Health Station, Beijing(100081), China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To explore the children with growth hormone levels and blood glucose, blood lipids, and other physical indicators of relevance, and to provide reference for the further research of students growth and development. Methods The indicators of 187 children were tested, such as height, weight, fasting blood, growth hormone (GH), ALT, triglyceride, high-density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein and cholesterol. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation analysis, t test, χ2 test and other statistical methods. Results Growth hormone increased the mean height of groups of students were significantly higher than the normal group, the difference was significant(P0.05). The levels of transaminase and triglyceride of the students inhormone increasing group was significantly lower than the control, which had significant differences. Conclusion Growth hormone can improve the students height and inhibit their transaminase and triglyceride. 　　【Key words】 Growth hormone; Health status indicators; Comparative study; Students 　　 　　生长激素(GH)不仅可通过促进骨和软骨的生长而增加身高,还可促进脂肪的分解氧化和利用,可能对学生的新陈代谢及身高起到一定作用[1]。本文通过检测187名学生体内GH水平,同时检测学生身高、体重等一系列指标的动态变化,探讨生长激素与这些身体指标因素关系,以便更好指导以后的工作。 　　1 对象与方法 　　选取北京市海淀区2所中学、1所小学的9～15岁儿童187名,空腹采静脉血,离心后用全自动生化仪检测:转氨酶(ALT)用速率法;胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油 (TG)用酶法;高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)用清除法;生长激素用放免法(正常范围为0
