压盖拉伸冲裁级进模设计-毕业论文（设计）.docVIP

摘 要 模具是制造业的重要基础工艺装备，是国民经济各部门发展的重要基础之一。级进模是一种精密、复杂的冲压模具，它具有高效率、高精度和高寿命等优越性，适用于冲压行业的自动化生产。级进模由多个工位组成，各工位完成不同的加工，各工位顺序关联，在冲床的一次行程中完成一系列不同的冲压加工。 此次毕业设计是压盖拉伸冲裁级进模。一些形状小的冒形、筒形和管壳类拉伸件，产量比较大，所用的材料都比较薄。如果用常规的单工序拉伸模生产，不仅生产效率低，而且有的制件由于定位等问题不好解决，无法采用单工序模生产，用多工位级进模采用带料连续拉伸的方法生产，能够满足上述要求。本次毕业设计中的压盖零件是冒形、筒形件也属于阶梯圆筒件。而且采用的是厚度为1mm的铝材，正好采用多工位级进模。该毕业设计分析了压盖的成形工艺，进行了必要的工艺计算，设计了压盖拉伸冲裁级进模，选择与确定模具的主要零部件的结构与尺寸，校核模具闭合高度及压力机有关参数，用UG进行了模具总装及零件的三维造型，并绘制了模具总装及零件的工程图。 关键词：级进模，压盖，阶梯圆筒件，模具CAD ABSTRACT Mould Die is foundation technical equipment in industrial production. It is also one of the most important developmental foundations for all departments of country economy. The progressive die is a kind of complex and precise forming die. It possesses many advantages such as high efficiency, accuracy and long life. So it is used for automation production in sheet metal forming. Progressive Die formed by a number of stations, each station to complete the different processing. The order of the station associated with a trip in the press is to complete a series of different stamping process. The graduation project is Progressive Die Stamping tensile gland. Taking the form of a small number of shapes, tubular and pipe stretching pieces of shell, yield relatively large, the materials used are relatively thin. If using a single process conventional drawing die to product, the production efficiency is low, and some parts due orientation and other issues will not be resolved. A single process mode of production, with multi-position progressive die with the material used method of producing a continuous stretch to meet those requirements. The part of this graduation project is the gland to take shape, cylindrical part，and also stepped cylindrical pieces. And the thickness of the used aluminum is 1mm, just adapted to a multi-station progressive die.
