康妇炎胶囊联合丹红注射液治疗慢性盆腔炎患者临床效果剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨康妇炎胶囊联合丹红注射液治疗慢性盆腔炎患者临床效果。方法 方便选择2013年2月―2016年4月该院94例慢性盆腔炎患者，根据入院先后顺序分为研究组与对照组，各47例。对照组采用康妇炎胶囊与阿奇霉素，研究组采用康妇炎胶囊与丹红注射液。统计两组临床疗效，并对比治疗前后两组血清炎性因子水平变化情况。结果 研究组总有效率为93.62%，对照组为76.60%，两组对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05），经治疗，研究组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 康妇炎胶囊联合丹红注射液治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效确切，可有效缓解患者临床症状，改善血清炎性因子水平。 　　[关键词] 康妇炎胶囊；丹红注射液；慢性盆腔炎 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）10（b）-0116-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kang Fu Yan capsule combined with Dan Hong injection in the treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods Convenient selection 94 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected from February 2013 to April 2016 in our hospital.According to the order of admission， they were divided into study group and control group， 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Kang Fu Yan capsule and azithromycin， the study group was treated with Kang Fu Yan capsule and Dan Hong injection. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were statistically analyzed， and the changes of serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 93.62% in the study group and 76.60% in the control group， and there was significant difference between the two groups （P 0.05）. After treatment， the study group was better than the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）.
