“多规合一”下城市土地集约利用与城市化耦合协调发展研究 城市化是工业化发展的必然结果，城市 土地集约利用是城市发展的必然要求，城市化与土利 用集约利用密切相关。以湖北省鄂州市“多规合一” 为契机，研究了 2001-2013年鄂州市城市土地集约利 用与城市化之间的内在联系。基于二者的交互耦合作 用机制，采用熵值法确定权重，并构建了耦合协调发 展度模型和相对发展度模型，定量评价城市土地集约 利用与城市化的耦合协调发展状况，并将其分为拮抗、 磨合和协调三大阶段9类状态。研宄表明，鄂州市城 市土地集约利用水平与城市化彼此作用，相互促进； 耦合协调发展总体态势良好，由拮抗期经磨合期向协 调期发展，呈螺旋上升趋势。最后，针对城市化进程 中的土地利用问题提出了协调发展的对策与建议。 关键词：土地集约利用；城市化；耦合协调模型； 多规合一；鄂州市 F301 A 0439-8114 (2017) 07-1386-06 DOI： 10.14088/j.cnki.issn0439-8114.2017.07.048 Research on Coupling Coordination Development between Urban Intensive Land Use and Urbanization on Multiple Plans Integration： A Case Study on Ezhou City of Hubei Province JIN Min, ZHU Jiang-hong (School of Public Administration, China University of Geosciences，Wuhan 430074，China) Abstract： Urbanization is the inevitable result of industrial development, while urban intensive land use is a necessary requirement for urban development, and they are closely related to each other. Taking multiple plans integration as opportunity，this paper studied the intrinsic relationship between urban intensive land use and urbanization of Ezhou City from 2001 to 2013. Based on their interacted coupling mechanism， we used entropy value method to determine the weights, and constructed coupling coordination development degree model as well as relative development model. In this way， we can quantitatively evaluate coupling coordination development of urban intensive land use and urbanization, and finally divided the harmonious degrees into the antagonism, the compromise and the coordination, comprising of three states and nine kinds of status. Research results show that urban intensive land use and urbanization act and promote each other. The overall situation of coupling coordination development is good, and it had experienced three stages, namely， the antagonism period， the compromise period and the coordination period, showing a spiral upward trend.
