a -硫辛酸在糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效探讨 (吉林省前卫医院内分泌科吉林长春130012) 】目的：探讨alpha;-硫辛酸在改善糖尿病患者周围神经病变 (Diabetic peripheral neuropathy, DPN)的疗效。方法:收治2型糖尿病伴周围 神经病变患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组采用二甲双胍治 疗，观察组在此基础上联合应用alpha;-硫辛酸静脉滴注治疗。观察并比较两组 治疗前后的总体疗效、氧化应激指标和周围祌经传导速度。结果：在氧化应激指 标和周围神经传导速度方面，两组治疗后均比治疗前有显著改善(Plt;0.05)； 但治疗后的改善情况，观察组明显优于对照组(Plt;0.05)o在总体疗效方面， 观察组总有效率为96.67%,对照组仅76.67%,观察组明显优于对照组(Plt;0.05)。 结论：alpha;-硫辛酸对于DPN患者有明显的疗效，值得在临床上推广应用。 关键词】alpha;-硫辛酸；2型糖尿病；周围神经病变；氧化应激；疗效探讨 】R587.1 】B 】1004-6194 (2015) 02-0459-02 Analysis of the effect of DL-alpha;-Lipoic acid on diabetic peripheral neuropathy Yang Guohua Department of Endocrinology, Jilin Qian Wei hospital, Changchun, Jilin, 130012. Abstract】 Objective: To explore the the effect of DL-alpha;-Lipoic acid on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: 60 patients with Type 2 diabetes combined with peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with metformin, and the observation group was treated with a DL-alpha;-Lipoic acid combined with metformin. The overall efficacy, oxidative stress index and peripheral nerve conduction velocity of the two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment. Results: Oxidative stress index and peripheral nerve conduction velocity of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment compared to before treatment (Plt;0.05). But after treatment, the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than the control group (Plt;0.05). In the overall efficacy, the total effective rate of the observation group (96.67%) was significantly better than the control group (76.67%) (Plt;0.05). Conclusion: DL-alpha;-Lipoic acid has obvious curative effect in patients with DPN; it is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
