Methods 500 patients with infertility and aphoria who came to see a doctor and consultation were given questionnaire survey with informed consent by using fertility and quality of life scale (Ferti QoL) by trained special nurses. They were told the method of filling in and filled in by themselves. Questionnaire was retrieved on the spot and the filling in should comply with requirement, basic demographic data were also filled in. Results Mean value of 8 scores of quality of birth and life of patients was ranging from 56 to 65. Scores and demographic characteristic single-factor analysis showed age, education and infertility time and treatment time, fertility desire of family members and pregnancy history had statistical significance.
