w 摘 要 中小企业是我国国民经济体系中不可或缺的组成部分，它在促进经济增长、创造就业机会、增加居民收入、转移农村富余劳动力等方面发挥越来越重要的作用。但是，目前我国中小企业正处在一个规模扩张期，自有资金无法满足企业发展的需要，融资难成为中小企业生存发展急需解决的问题。我国中小企业靠自身融资难、获得银行信贷支持少、直接通过发行股票或债券融资难，企业融资渠道狭窄。形成融资难的原因是多方面的——有企业自身的原因，有金融体制的问题，还与政府在协调经济运行中的侧重点有关。本文通过对我国中小企业融资现状的分析，着力探究形成该现状的原因，最后在借鉴国外的先进经验和方法的基础上，结合我国实际提出解决我国中小企业融资难问题的建议与措施。 关键词：中小企业 ； 融资 ； 对策 Abstract SME is an integral part in the national economic system, it has played an increasingly important role in promoting economic growth, creating employment opportunities and increasing their income, transfer of rural surplus labor force. However, the SMEs now are in a period of size expansion, its own funds can not meet the needs of the survival and development of small and medium sized enterprises, and financing difficulties is the primary problem. These difficulties reflected in that the financing of SMEs rely on their own is difficult, less access to bank credit support, direct financing by issuing stocks or bonds is difficult, the channels of corporate finance is narrow. There are many reasons for this situation – the problems for the enterprises themselves, with the financial system problems, in coordination with the Governments focus on the economic operation. Based on the analysis of the current situation of SMEs financing, we make efforts to explore the reasons for the formation of the status, and finally learn from the advanced experience and methods, combination the actual propose solutions and measures to the recommendations of financing of SMEs.
