经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗肾结石临床剖析 　　【摘要】 目的：研究分析在肾结石中使用经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗的临床效果。方法：选取本院2014年 　　4月-2015年4月收治的88例肾结石患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与试验组，每组44例，对照组采用常规方法治疗，试验组采用经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗，观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组，手术时间及术中出血量均少于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在肾结石疾病中采用经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗，可以取得较好的治疗效果，具有手术时间短、出血量少的优点，具有较高的临床应用价值。 　　【关键词】 经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术； 治疗效果； 肾结石； 临床分析 　　Clinical Analysis of Percutaneous Renal Mirror Pneumatic Lithotripsy in the Treatment of Renal Calculi/LIU Tian.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（36）：132-133 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study and analyze the clinical effect of percutaneous renal mirror pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of renal calculi.Method：88 patients with renal calculi in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group，with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment，the experimental group was treated by percutaneous renal mirror pneumatic lithotripsy.The treatment effect of the two groups was observed and analyzed.Result：The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group，the operative time and intraoperative blood loss of the the experimental group was less than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Percutaneous renal mirror pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of renal calculi has better treatment effect，it has the advantages of shorter operative time and less blood loss.It has high clinical application value. 　　【Key words】 Percutaneous renal mirror pneumatic lithotripsy； Treatment effect； Renal calculi； Clinical analysis 　　First-author’s address：The People’s Hospital of Pingxiang City，Pingxiang 337000，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2015.36.043 　　经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术在临床中的应用效果较好，尤其是随着近年来新式肾镜与高效能体内碎石设备与技术的发展，使得该碎石术效果较好，碎石清除率高，其是一种微创手术方法，创伤小，操作方便快捷[1-3]。本研究通过对本院收治的88例肾结石患者采取不同的治疗方法，以观察经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗肾结石的效果，现报告如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 选取本院2014年
