系统性红斑狼疮患者成功生育14例剖析 　　【摘要】 目的 了解系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）患者妊娠生育时病情变化及对胎儿的影响。方法 对经我科治疗的14例SLE患者成功妊娠生育病例进行回顾分析。结果 病情稳定、按计划妊娠的8例患者妊娠过程病情稳定，只有个别患者出现补体下降。未完全控制后、非有计划妊娠的患者妊娠过程较多出现病情活动需要增加激素用量，其中1例出现血小板减少，1例妊娠后确诊的轻症SLE患者也成功生育，但妊娠过程使用较大量激素。所生育新生儿只有1例有面部红斑和轻度转氨酶升高，其余未发现有与SLE及其治疗引起的相关异常。结论 多数SLE患者在疾病控制后，可以安全地妊娠生育。育龄期女性SLE患者平时应做好避孕措施，有计划地进行妊娠生育，以防止妊娠对SLE病情的影响及有利于安全地生育健康的小孩。? 　　【关键词】系统性红斑狼疮；妊娠；生育 　　?? 　　Analysis on successful gestation and procreation of 14 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus patient 　　 　　HU Xue-jun.Department of Rheumatism，the First People’s Hospital of Zhaoqing，Guangdong 526021，China 　　? 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes in patients’ condition of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) during the period of pregnancy and childbirth，and the impact on fetal.Methods To review and analyze 14 cases of SLE patient’s success of pregnancy and childbirth.Results A stable condition.8 patients who were pregnant as plan are in stable condition during pregnancy，only individual patient was found complement declined.Without full control，non-planned pregnant patients’ process of pregnancy appear to have more disease activitiesand the amount of prednisone need to be increased.1 case of thrombocytopenia occurred.1 case of diagnosis of mild SLE patient after pregnancy has procreated successfully，but a large number of prednisone was used during pregnancy.There is only 1 case of facial redness and mild transaminase increased among the neonates，irregularity associated with SLE and its treatment was not found in the rest.Conclusion The majority of SLE patients can gestate andprocreate safely while their disease was under control.Female SLE patients of childbearing age should adopt contraceptive measures in normal times and carry out reproduction of pregnancy in a planned way，so as to avoid impact on SLE disease due to pregnancy and help procreate a healthy child safely.? 　　【Key words】Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)； Gestate；Procreate 　　? 　　系统性红斑狼疮是一种主要侵犯女性的自身免疫性疾病，多发生在育龄
