Abstract kinds of emulsion were prepared by adding different thickener, which was E-1(0.2% KGM), E-2(0.2% AMG-2), E-3(0.2% AMG-4), E-4(0.2% xanthan gum) and E-5(0.2% carbomer 941). Their sensory and physicochemical properties were studied comparatively. The results showed that five kinds of emulsion were all flowable milky-white lotion; The pH values were between 5~7; Oil-water separation couldn’t be observed through high-low temperature experiment, and no layered with centrifu
