老年梗阻性结肠癌100例临床治疗剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨和分析老年梗阻性结肠癌临床治疗方法。方法 方便选取2012年3月―2013年9月来该院接受100例老年梗阻性结肠癌患者临床资料进行回顾性分析，结合患者手术时间的不同分为实验组和对照组，每组患者有50例，其中实验组患者接受择期手术治疗，对照组患者接受急诊手术治疗，对两组患者手术治疗效果、并发症状况进行比较和分析。结果 经过治疗和护口感染或者开裂、吻合口漏的发生率以及住院期间死亡率都要低于对照组，实验组患者治疗有效率为94%（47/50），对照组患者护理有效率为66%（33/50），两组患者差异较为明显，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 老年梗阻性结肠癌患者病情具有变化快、复杂、起病急的显著特征，择期手术治疗并发症发生率较低、理之后患者产生了显著的效果，其中实验组患者术后心力衰竭、肺部感染、切死亡率较低、手术效果明显，值得在今后的临床质量过程中进行使用和推广。 　　[关键词] 梗阻性结肠癌；老年；临床效果 　　[中图分类号] R61 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）06（b）-0078-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical treatment of elderly patients with obstructive colon cancer. Methods Convenient selection on March 2012 to September 2013 came to our hospital for 100 cases of elderly patients with obstructive knot colorectal cancer patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed， combined with different timing of surgery in patients with into the experimental group and the control group， the patients in each group has 50 cases， which patients in the experimental group underwent elective surgery treatment， patients in the control group received emergency surgery， of two groups of patients with surgical treatment effect and complications were compared and analyzed. Results After the treatment and nursing infection or cracking， anastomotic leakage rate and hospitalization period mortality were lower than that in the control group， the effective rate of treatment of patients in the experimental group was 94% （47 / 50）， control group patients nursing efficiency is 66% （33 / 50）， between the two groups is significant （P 0.05）， with statistical significance. Conclusion Elderly patients with obstruction of colorectal carcinoma patients with a fast changing， complex and salient features of acute onset of and elective surgery complications occur rate is low， in the management of patients had a significant effect， the patients of the experimental group after heart failure， pulmonary infection， cut the mortality rate is low
