胆囊部分切除术治疗胆囊炎合并胆结石疗效剖析 　　【摘要】目的：探讨分析胆囊部分切除术治疗胆囊炎合并胆结石的疗效。方法：选取我院2013年1月-12月间收治的80例胆囊炎合并胆结石患者，根据手术方法的不同分为观察组和对照组，每组患者各40例。观察组给予胆囊部分切除术治疗，对照组给予胆囊全切术治疗，观察比较两组的治愈率、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、并发症发生率、二次手术率。结果：在手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、并发症发生率、二次手术率方面比较，观察组明显优于对照组，Plt;0.05，有统计学意义。结论：胆囊部分切除术治疗胆囊炎合并胆结石的疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】胆囊部分切除术;胆囊炎合并胆结石;疗效 　　[Abstract] Objective： To study the therapeutic effect of partial cholecystectomy in treatment ofcholecystitis with gallstones.. Methods： Selection of our hospital in 2013 January -12 months between the treated 80 cases of cholecystitis with gallstone patients， according to the different operation methodsfor the observation group and control group， each of the 40 cases of patients. The observation group was given partial cholecystectomy treatment， the control group was given the gallbladder resection for the patients in the two groups were observed， the cure rate， operation time， intraoperative bleeding， hospitalization time，complications， two times the rate of operation.Results： The operation time， intraoperative bleeding， hospitalization time， complications， twooperation rate comparison， the observation group was significantly better than the control group， Plt;0.05， had statistical significance.Conclusion： Effect of partial cholecystectomy in treatment of cholecystitis with gallstones were significantly， worthy of clinical application. 　　[Keywords] Partial cholecystectomy; Cholecystitis and cholelithiasis; Curative effect 　　胆囊炎合并胆结石属于临床常见的一种胆囊疾病，以实施胆囊切除术治疗为主，但对于部分手术耐受能力差、Calots三角解剖结构不清、胆囊萎缩严重的患者，实施胆囊全切治疗通常会使手术风险增加。胆囊部分切除术，是切除胆囊的顶部、体部、颈部，大部或者全部保留胆囊床厚壁的手术方式[1]。本文旨在探讨分析胆囊部分切除术治疗胆囊炎合并胆结石的疗效，以期为临床治疗该病提供参考，具体报告如下： 　　1资料与方法 　　1.1资料 选取我院2013年1月-12月间收治的80例胆囊炎合并胆结石患者，根据手术方法的不同分为观察组和对照组，每组患者各40例。观察组中男性患者21例，女性患者19例。年龄40岁-69岁，平均年龄55.0±7.5岁。病程10个月-5年，平均病程2.0±1.5年。对照组中男性患者22例，女性患者18例。年龄41岁-68岁，平均年龄54.0±7.1岁。病程12个月-4年，平均病程2.2±1.3年。两组患者均未有手术禁忌症。两组在数量、性别、年龄、病情、病程等一般资料方面比较，Pgt;0.05，具有可比性。 　　1.2方法 　　观察组给予胆囊部分切除术治疗，给予患者持续硬膜外麻醉，常规选择右上腹作切口，在进腹后将胆囊充分显露，由胆囊底部切开，将结石取净
