连续性静脉―静脉血液透析滤过治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床剖析 　　【摘要】 目的：探究慢性肾功能衰竭患者通过连续性静脉-静脉血液透析滤过治疗后所存在的应用价值。方法：选取笔者所在医院收治的慢性肾功能衰竭患者80例，均在2014年1月-2016年6月入院，依随机分组标准分为观察组（40例）和对照组（40例）。对照组和观察组患者治疗方法分别为常规血液透析治疗和连续性静脉-静脉血液透析滤过治疗。结果：观察组钙磷代谢情况明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组甲状旁素及肾素改善明显情况优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者生存质量各项指标得分均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：慢性肾功能衰竭患者通过连续性静脉-静脉血液透析滤过治疗后，在有效控制患者钙磷代谢的同时，使患者甲状旁素、肾素水平及生存质量均显著改善，存在一定推广价值。 　　【关键词】 连续性静脉-静脉血液透析滤过； 慢性肾功能衰竭； 临床效果 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.32.013 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）32-0027-02 　　Clinical Analysis of Continuous Veno-venous Hemodiafiltration in the Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure/YANG Nana.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（32）：27-28 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To explore the application value of continuous veno-venous hemodiafiltration in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Method：80 patients with chronic renal failure were enrolled in this study.They were admitted to hospital in January 2014 and June 2016.They were divided into observation group （40 persons） and control group （40 persons） according to the randomized grouping criteria.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional hemodialysis，and patients in the observation group were treated with continuous veno-venous hemodiafiltration.Result：The calcium and phosphorus metabolism in the observation group was significantly better than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. The improvement of parathyroid and renin in the observation group was significantly better than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：After continuous veno-venous hemodiafiltration in patients with chronic renal failure，the levels of parathyroid hormone，renin and quality of life can significantly improve，there is a certain promotion value. 　　【Key words】 Continuous veno-ven
