进展期胃癌综合治疗剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析进展期胃癌的综合治疗方法和效果，以便于为今后的胃癌治疗提供比较有价值的参考依据。 方法 方便选取2010年7月―2015年7月期间在该院收治的26例进展期胃癌患者，均给予以根治性手术为主的综合治疗，观察治疗效果。结果 所有患者均顺利完成手术，手术切除率为100.0%，根治性切除率为92.3%。26例中获得随访26例，1、2年生存率分别为96.1%、92.3%，术后发生肺部感染6例，胸腔积液2例，术后并发症发生率为30.8%（8/26）。结论 对于胃癌患者的治疗，采取根治性手术为主的综合治疗方法可显著改善进展期胃癌患者预后，提高患者的生存率，减少并发症的发生情况，值得在今后的胃癌患者的治疗过程中推广应用。 　　[关键词] 进展期；胃癌；综合治疗 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2018）02（a）-0069-03 　　Comprehensive Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer 　　ZHU Yong， QIAN Yi-xun 　　Department of General Surgery， Yunnan Lijiang People’s Hospital， Lijiang， Yunnan Province， 674100 China 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to investigate the method and effect of comprehensive treatment of advanced gastric cancer， so as to provide valuable reference for the treatment of gastric cancer in the future. Methods Twenty-six patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to this hospital from July 2010 to July 2015 were given comprehensive treatment based on radical surgery， and the therapeutic effect was observed. Results All patients were convenient selected and successfully completed surgery， surgical resection rate was 100.0%， radical resection rate was 92.3%. 26 cases were followed up. The 1-year and 2-year survival rates were 96.1% and 92.3% respectively. Postoperative pulmonary infection occurred in 6 cases and pleural effusion in 2 cases. The postoperative complication rate was 30.8% （8/26）.
