中北大学学位论文 中北大学学位论文 以旋转填料床为吸收装置，采用吸收效果最优的复配吸收剂，考察超重力因子、液 气比等参数对甲苯吸收率的影响，确定适宜的工艺操作参数。结果表明：旋转填料床用 于吸收治理甲苯废气是可行的；甲苯吸收率随着超重力因子和气体流量的增加呈先增加 后降低的趋势，随着液气比的增大先增加后趋于稳定，填料的润湿程度对甲苯吸收率有 重要影响。通过实验得出了适宜的工艺操作条件：在超重力因子为 33.42，液气比为 5~6.67 L/m3，气体流量为 6 m3/h，在入口甲苯浓度为 500 ppm 时，吸收率可达到 74.2%左右。 研究结果表明，采用表面活性剂水溶液吸收净化甲苯废气克服了传统吸收剂存在的 使用成本高、溶剂损失量大、二次污染等缺点，利用旋转填料床作为吸收设备，可以克 服传统塔设备体积庞大，开停车不方便的缺点。因此超重力吸收法治理甲苯废气的工艺 在甲苯废气浓度低、气量大、废气中含有胶粒等颗粒、排放时段不固定、建厂初期没有 考虑预留 VOCs 治理设备所需场地的场合，具有较好的应用前景。 关键词：旋转填料床，表面活性剂，复配，甲苯废气，亨利系数 Basic Studies on the absorption of toluene exhaust gas under the condition of high gravity Abstract Toluene is a typical volatile organic compounds(VOCs)， the environmental pollution caused by emission of toluene attracts great concern. Currently combustion and adsorption are common technologies used for the treatment of toluene. But for some special occasions (low concentration, high flow, particles contained in the exhaust gas, unfixed times of emission, and factory dont have enough space for equipment), combustion and adsorption are not economical and efficient approach for treatment of toluene. In these occasions, absorption is the suitable approach for treatment of toluene exhaust gas, but limits primarily by absorbent and absorption equipment. The micelles solubilization is an important function of surfactant when its concentration exceed the critical micelle concentrations. Solubilization can increase the apparent solubility of toluene in absorbent. Therefore, surfactant solution is used to absorb toluene, while rotating packed bed is used as absorption equipment which it has many merits of high mass transfer efficiency、small equipment volume、non-blocking in packing and easy for start-up and shut-down. According to the analysis of the solubilization methods and influence factors, Tween series surfactants were selected as the main surfactant.
