Overall, the college graduates who didn’t come from 211 universities, their equal rights are infringed on the employment, has both social reasons, and legal system is not perfected reasons. To ensure that the not “211” college graduates have fair right to employment, must update social ideas, change some of the current society’s unreasonable concept of employment and employing mechanism from fundamentally; meanwhile, improve the legal system’s security and relief function.
