四川理工学院毕业论文 PAGE 四川理工学院毕业论文 基于SWOT分析的联想乐Phone的发展对策 学 生： 学 号： 专 业：工商管理 班 级：2009.2 指导教师： 四川理工学院经济与管理学院 二O一三年六月 四川理工学院毕业论文 四川理工学院毕业论文 摘 要 增加智能手机知名度，扩大市场占有率，实现持续盈利是各大智能手机生产厂商的目的。联想智能手机上市曾一度亏损，本文运用SWOT分析方法对联想智能手机发展的优势、劣势、机会、挑战四方面进行了深入的分析，并在此基础上，建议选取ST发展战略，以期解决联想智能手机面临的知名度不高、市场定位不准确、面临众多同行厂商激烈竞争的问题，使联想智能手机摆脱持续亏损的困境，实现扭亏为盈并得以可持续发展的目标。 关键词：联想，发展状况，SWOT分析，发展对策 ABSTRACT The manufacturers of smartphone share the same objectives of increasing the popularity of smartphones, expending the market share and gaining profit constantly. The smartphone market of Lenovo was at a loss at one time after it was listed. This thesis has a thoroughly analysis about the strength, weakness, opportunities and threats of the development of Lenovo’s smartphone by SWOT analysis. According to this analysis, the ST strategy is suppose to be the alternative way to solve the problems that the Lenovo smartphone faces, such as the unpopularity of Lenovo smartphone, the inaccurate product orientation and the fierce competition among many other corporations of the same trade. It also provides Lenovo smartphone ways to get rid of the predicament of continuing loss and realize profiting by sustainable development.
