摘要 随着知识经济时代的到来，人才己经逐渐发展成为企业竞争的关键因素，企 业人力资源管理的现代化和信息化己经成为时代发展的主题。作为一家民营企 业，福建青山企业的人力资源管理的信息运用过程中存在着领导重视度不足、人 力资源基础薄弱、人力资源制度不完善以及信息化建设投入不足等原因，严重阻 碍了企业人力资源管理的发展，不利于企业的可持续发展，为此，本文将对其人 力资源信息化运用的情况进行深度的剖析，针对性的提出一套优化策略，推进企 业人力资源管理信息系统全面应用，实现人力资源的优化配置与规范管理，从而 促进企业的高效运作。 关键词：信息化管理；人事工作；管理；研宄 Abstract With the advent of knowledge economy，talent has become the key factors of the enterprise competition, the modernization and informatization of enterprise management has become the theme of development. As a private enterprise，Fujian Qingshan enterprise human resources management information use exist in the process of leadership attaches great importance to the insufficient and weak foundation in human resources，human resources system is imperfect and informatization construction investment shortage and other reasons，has seriously hampered the development of enterprise human resources management，is not conducive to enterprise’s sustainable development. Therefore, the use of the human resources information depth analysis，proposed a set of optimization strategies of, promote the full application of enterprise human resource management information system，realize the human resources optimization disposition and scientific management，so as to promote the enterprise’s efficient operation.
