育鲲轮营运航速优化分析内容 近年来，国际经济状况非常不稳定，燃汕价格不断攀升。由于燃汕价格对船舶成本影响 很人，燃汕价格的上涨就导致了船舶营运成本人人提高。教学实习船“育鲲轮”，它仅川于 教学实习和学校出访任务，不参与运输，不盈利。冈此燃汕价格不断上涨就导致了“育鲲轮” 的营运成本人幅度增加。就这一问题，本文从“育鲲轮”营运现状出发，通过对船舶成本的 详细分析，得出轮机部人员通过円常管理工作来实现的降低燃汕消费从而降低成本的措施。 通过分析航速、主机功率、油耗虽三者关系以及航速和续航力之间的关系，得出降低航速町 以降低汕粍量。最后从轮机管理的角度出发，分析选择最经济航速运行时，存在的技术问题 及相应的对策。 关键词：燃汕价格营运成本汕耗量经济航速 Abstract Recent years，the international economic situation is very unstable and the price of fuel oil keeps rising. Because the fuel oil price has great influence on the ship operating cost，the rising oil price heightened the ship operating cost greatly. The non-profit training ship “YU KUN LUN’’，used only for teaching and training for students and visiting a foreign country on behalf of DMU，does not carry any cargos. The rising fuel oil price makes the operating cost of “YU KUN LUN” increase a lot. On this problem, this article, based on the “YU KUN LUN” current operating situation, analyses the ship operating cost in detail, and gets cost-saving measures through the daily management of marine engineering department which leads to decreasing fuel oil consumption. Through analysis of the relationship between the ship speed, the power of main engine and the fuel oil consumption，and the relationship between the ship speed and the ship endurance, we get the conclusion of reducing the fuel oil consumption by slowering the ship speed. At last, from the standpoint of marine engineering management，we analyse the technical problems and the corresponding strategies when we choose operating the ship under economical speed.
