商业企业竞争力本质与结构   摘要:商业企业以商品的购、销、运、存为基本业务,参与商品的流通环节而不直接创造商品的使用价值。商业企业的竞争力表现出的是一种顾客价值整合能力,商业企业竞争力结构分为竞争优势层、竞争能力层、竞争资源层,三个层次之间是一个有机的整体:竞争优势来源于竞争能力,竞争能力来源于竞争资源,同时竞争资源也受竞争优势和能力的反作用。借鉴五力模型,可以将商业企业竞争力的作用机制分成整合供应商的作用机制及整合消费者的作用机制,提高商业企业竞争力的根本出发点是创造客户整合价值,实施客户顾客价值管理。   关键词:商业企业竞争力;顾客价值整合;竞争力结构;作用机制   中图分类号:F715.2 文献标识码:A   The Nature and Structure of Commercial Enterprises′ Competitiveness   XIE Zhi-hua1,YANG Ke-zhi2, HUANG Guo-cheng3   (1.Beijing Technology and Business University, Beijing 100037,China;   2.China National Aviation Fuel Finance Company, Beijing 101312,China;   3.Beijing National Accounting Institute, Beijing 101312,China)      Abstract:Commercial enterprises take the purchase of goods, sales, transportation and storage as basic business, and do not create the value of goods directly as commodity circulation. The competitiveness of commercial enterprises is an ability to integrate customer value. Business competitiveness layer structure is divided into layer of competitive advantage, layer of competitive ability, layer of competition for resources and the three levels is an organic whole : competitive advantage comes from the competitiveness, competitiveness comes from the competition resources, and competition resources are also subject to counter-productive of competitive advantage and ability . Based on five forces model, the mechanism of action of the competitiveness of commercial enterprises will be divided into the integration of suppliers mechanism and the integration of consumer mechanism. The fundamental purpose of improving competitiveness of commercial enterprises is to create customer integration value, and to execute customer value management.
