第 5 期 上海教育评估研 究 No.5 2018 年 10 月 ShanghaiJournalofEducationalEvaluation Oct.2018 职业院校学前教育专业学生顶岗实习现状 * ———对Z职院毕业生的抽样调查 邓 东京 （长沙师范学院宣传统战部 ，湖南长沙 4 10 100 ） 1 摘要 ： 文章 以 Z 职院学前教育专科毕业顶 岗实习学生为研 究对象，共抽样调查学生 280 位 。调 查显示， 学前教育专业的学生顶 岗实习主要是让学生直接到一线教 学岗位 以顶 岗任课 的方式来开 展教 育实习，学生对 实习的总体满意度较好 ，但有 50.4% 学生认 为“顶 岗实习单位工作人 员实习指 导不到位 ，把 学生当廉价劳动力使 用”，有 27.4% 学生认为“教师作为实习指导老师 ，工作经验欠缺 ， 指导不到位”，52.8% 的实习指导采取“电话联 系及 网络沟通”方式 ，32.5% 的实习单位 未提供 实习工 资，学生实习平均月成本支出达到 1328.12 元 ，实习成本支出较 高。 要提 高学前教 育专业学生的实 习质量 ，学校 必须加 强与接收实习生幼儿 园之 间的合作 ，切 实落实双导师制在 实习中的指导力度 ， 在政府主导下理顺学校、幼儿 园、学生三者利益关 系，建立合理的成本分担机制 ，切 实提升学生实习 的质量。 关键词 ： 学前教育专业 ；顶 岗实习；现状 ；调查研 究 中图分类号 ：G71 文献标识码 ：A 文章编号 ：2095-3380（20 18 ）05-004 1-05 1 Current Situation of Pre-school Education Students On-post Internship in Vocational Colleges —ASampleSurveyofGraduatesofZVocationalCollege Deng Dongj ing （Propaganda and United Front Work Department ， Changsha Normal University ， Changsha ， Hunan 4 10100 ） Abstract: In this study ， graduate students of pre-school education discipline from Z voca- tional college were surveyed.
