西安交通大学 lPAGE II lPAGE I 本 科 毕 业 设 计 论 文 题 目 我国创业板上市公司的绩效评价研究 系 别 管理系 专 业 财务管理 班 级 财管803班 学 号 学生姓名 指导老师 2012年6月 摘要 摘 要 2009年创业板的建立引起了各界巨大的关注，它的建立为众多中小企业提供了融资平台，给这些具有高发展潜力的企业一个巨大的发展空间。这对于许多企业是一个机遇，但在这机遇中也存在着巨大的风险，创业板尚且年轻，其中仍存在部分问题。因此对企业进行绩效评价是极其必要的。 上市公司经营业绩是投资者进行投资的重要参考依据，本文通过选取在我国创业板上市的三家公司进行实证分析，构建财务评价指标体系，对我国创业板上市公司进行财务分析，选取了20个财务指标进行计算，并与行业平均水平进行对比，全面反映企业盈利能力、偿债能力、营运能力与发展能力，进而全面反映上市公司经营业绩水平。同时也为投资者和经营者做出正确的投资、经营决策提供参考依据。 研究结论表明创业板上市公司在盈利能力，和增长能力方面较为突出，而在营运能力和偿债能力方面较差，资金利用效率低，获现能力较差。就经营者绩救评价而言，单凭以财务指标为主的经营业绩的综合评价是不够的，应该建立一套反映经营者业绩、能力及努力效果的综合评价指标体系。 经营者能力及努力效果的评价，应由相关利益方(包括股东、顾客、员工等)进行综合评价比较恰当，具体评价方法可采用模糊综合评判等方法。 关键词：创业板 绩效评价 修改意见： 1. 原文第二部分与第三部分调换一下，即把第三部分作为2，第二部分变为3 （上次就这么要求的，怎么不执行？） 2.格式编辑最好去打印室让人家做，你做的不行。 1.3.2也没修改。 西安交通大学城市学院本科生毕业设计（论文） ABSTRACT The establishment of the gem received great attention,It is a small and medium-sized enterprise provides financing platform,Give these to have high development, potential of the enterprise a huge development space .
