l 浅谈市政污水处理(池)施工中防漏的控制措施 摘要：随着社会主义经济建设迅速发展，我国城市污水排放总量持续增加，因此，加快城市污水处理池(厂)的建设是改善城市(水)环境和保持经济可持续发展的必然要求，它是政府的重点工作，其施工质量的好坏与人民的生活息息相关。温家宝总理在十一届（人大）四次会议的政府工作报告中,将城镇污水处理设施及配套管网建设纳入今年政府重点工作。污水处理厂的建成和使用不但可以减少水质的污染，保证人民的健康生活，而且对促进市政建设有重大的意义。虽然，目前我国的污水处理池施工技术已比较成熟，但在实际污水处理池施工中还是存在一些问题，如：由于施工中伸缩缝、施工缝、混凝土裂缝以及其他造成渗漏水的各种因素造成的污水处理池渗水漏水，如果处理不当，将严重影响着后期的正常使用。本文根据作者参加的多个污水处理厂(海宁盐仓污水处理厂和浙江常山污水处理厂等省重点工程)施工中遇到的一些问题，特别是处理池工后存在的问题提出来进行探讨;就当前城市污水处理池施工中的特点，对造成渗水、漏水的原因做了分析，并对其施工中防渗漏的质量控制措施进行了研究。 关键词：污水处理池；原因；漏水；措施 abstract: with the rapid development of socialist economic construction, urban sewage discharge continues to increase the total amount, therefore, to speed up the urban sewage chulichi (factory) is to improve the construction of city (water) the environment and maintain the sustainable development of economy inevitable requirement, it is the key work of the government, its construction quality stand or fall and people’s life. premier wen jiabao on 11 th (national people’s congress (npc) the fourth session of the government work report, the urban sewage treatment facilities and supporting the network construction into the government key work this year. sewage treatment plant construction and use not only can reduce the quality of the water pollution, ensure the health of the people of life, and to promote the municipal construction has crucial significance. although, at present our country of sewage chulichi construction technology is more mature, but in actual sewage chulichi construction or has some problems, such as: because in the construction, construction seam expansion joints, concrete crack and other causes of the leakage of various factors of sewage chulichi ooze water leakage, if not handled properly will seriously affect the normal use of the later. in this paper, according to the author in multiple sewage treatment plant (haining salt warehouse the sewage treatment plant and zhejiang provinces supplying multinational oems’ divisions sewage treatment plant and other key
