Model control group in rat cerebrospinal fluid NE and brain Glu can be significantly increased, compared with the blank group has significant difference (P 0.01), The Pueraria Zhijing Tang high-dose group after treatment that the NE content of the rat cerebrospinal fluid and brain glutamic acid content significantly reduced,compared with the Model control group has significant difference (P 0.01), compared with the haloperidol group no significant differences(P 0.05), compared with the blank group, The Pueraria Zhijing Tang low-dose group and small dose after treatment that rat cerebrospinal fluid NE,brain Glu content not changed significantly (P 0.05). Conclusion: Ge Gen ZhiJing Decoction on the TS model rats, the norepinephrine and glutamate content changes; Puerarin antispasmodic soup can reduce the rigid motion of TS model rats.
