The paper gives a va lue an alysis on the coordinated m an agement with game theo巧l method ，points out use the effective coordination mechanism can find the optimal solutions of sub-contract. The paper proposed coordinated management theory under the procedure subcontractor，and establishes the coordination mechanism which is composed with organization mechanism ，communication mechanism，interest incentive mechanism ，contract constraint mechanism and conflict-negotiate mechanism. Finally，the paper researches the virtual construclìon technology used in the construction management of the process subcontracting. The interactive simulation on each process flow in site was given with the modeling software 3DMax and virtual reality software EON Studio，and realizes the collision detection function in virtual envrronmen t.
