In the hospital, the Inductrial injury patients is lack of enough understanding to maintain their own rights and interests, when the problem is can not solved, under the double pressure of physical pain and mental suffering will make some people catch the extremely behavior. Under the background of building a harmonious society in our country, social work as a professional to solve social problems, to promote the development of society, to help social vulnerable groups and maintain social fairness and justice has played a positive role. Medical social work is an important branch of professional social work, It’s designed to help patients and their families, make them out in the process of medical disorder, and produce all kinds of social problems are resolved due to illness. The author began worked as an intern in a hospital in dongguan, guangdong province in July 2012. During the internship, the author setting in a section office of hospital, at the same time, learning from the nearby colleagues. Through the case study interviews and participatory observation, collected some typical cases. In this thesis, the author through descripting of two typical inductrial injury cases involved in processes, analysis the theories, the roles, adhere to the value of ideas and so on as applied. Obtained some conclusions. The medical social worker in involved in the case of inductrial injury, can form a complementary relationship with staff who single disease treatment.
