Ab Abstract PAGE PAGE IV ABSTRACT Objective:To observe the clinical effect of proximal femoral locking plate, PFNA fixation, internal fixation of dynamic hip plate for proximal femoral intertrochanteric hip fracture. Method:For 326 patients with proximal femoral intertrochanteric hip fracture, 210 patients were selected and divided into Group A, Group B and Group C according to different treatments, 70 cases each group. Group A adopted proximal femoral locking plate; Group B adopted the fixation of PFNA; Group C adopted internal fixation of dynamic hip plate. The general operation conditions like operation time, intraoperative blood loss, length of incision as well as postoperative recovery of hip joints of three groups were observed. Result: ① The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and operative incision length of Group B were significantly better than those of Group A and Group C (P＜ 0.05); ② The weight-bearing days and healing time of tracture of Group B were significantly better than those of Group A and Group C (P＜0.05); ③ Before surgery, the degree of coxa vara of three groups was not significantly different (P ＞ 0.05); after surgery, the degree of coxa vara of Group B was better than that of Group A and Group C (P＜0.05); ④ after surgery, Harris scores and good rate of Group B were better than those of Group A and Group C (P ＜ 0.05); ⑤ The incidence rate of complications of Group B was better than that of Group A and Group C (P＜0.05). Conclusion: For proximal femoral intertrochanteric hip fracture, the fixation of PFNA has efficiently reduced the postoperative complications and clinical pains and promoted the clinical effects. It is applicable for all kinds of fractures and becomes the ideal operation method for proximal femoral intertrochanteric hip fracture, especially for patients with A2 and A3 proximal femoral intertrochanteric hip fracture combined with osteoporosis.
