华 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II万方数据 II 万方数据 Abstract As the development of the computational fluid dynamics and the computer technology , using the numerical calculation to solve the internal flow field and flow noise of the structure is becoming more and more convenient and faster . The research objects of this paper are two kinds of typical equipment in the ship, centrifugal pump and sea suction valve. Calculated the internal flow field of a centrifugal pump based on computational fluid dynamics method . And analyzed some parameters’ effect on the performance of centrifugal pump such as different flow and splitter blade. Calculated the flow noise of sea suction valve, and complete the result with two improved model. The main work and achievement are as follows: 1. A three-dimensional model of the centrifugal pump was established by Pro/E , And the grid was constructed by ICEM. Calculated the steady flow field of centrifugal pump under different working conditions and the steady flow field of centrifugal pump with centrifugal pump . And analyzed these parameters’ effect on the performance of centrifugal pump . 2 A three-dimensional model of the sea suction valve was established by Pro/E , And the grid was constructed by ICEM.. Calculated the unsteady flow field of the original model and two kinds of improved model . the results show that angel steel can increase the strength of the sea suction valve but at the same time increase the vortex , exacerbate the turbulent fluctuation in the sea suction valve. 3. After get the unsteady flow filed ,the result was imported into the software ACTRAN to calculate the flow noise of the sea suction valve. Obtain the curve of sound pressure level on specified point , and verify the influence of different mesh size on the calculation results.
