华中科技大学硕士学位论文 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II Abstract “The rules of landscape and famous scenery planning” (GB50298-1999) made a comprehensive land use classification and meticulous division in scenic area (also called scenic spot). It plays a good role in land and resources protection and utilization, also guide the scenic planning management. but as the development of urban and rural construction , and with the works of construction of scenic spots and planning management unceasingly thorough, the standard of land use classification has been difficult to meet the new requirement in some ways . In order to strengthen the scenic resources protection, as well as the planning control and construction management of land uses, it is necessary to adjust and refined the scenic land classification. This paper analyses the classification related with scenic spot land classification standards, and references for ripe experience of classification method, classification criteria from the relevant classification standard. Start from basic components of land classification systems and scenic spots their own characteristics, and combining the corresponding planning case, the paper analyses the problems and the of land use deeply of the background of rapid urbanization. These insufficiencies mainly reflected in the existing land classification system does not match the planning system level; lack of corresponding and cohesion with related planning classification standard of the rural and urban planning; some categories’ name or scope does not match; land classification disjointed with the related planning; the universality of classification contradicted with the particularity of the scenic type etc. According to the problems, combination with the reality of the China and the framework of scenic land use classification, try to adjust the current classification standard and established the new land classification framework.
