民营企业与国有企业人力资源管理的差异性研究 ［ ］国冇企业和民营企业作为我国市场经济屮两种性质不同的经营主体，存在诸多差 异。根据屮W企业联合会对200名民企和W企高级经理人的调查显示，除产权制度及相对应 的公司治理结构差异外，人力资源及相对放的雇佣体系是二者在经营管理上的最显著差异。 本文通过SWOT分析、投入产出模型对比、绩效管理制度的比较、人力资源部门设置差异等四 个方面对民营企业和国有企业在人力资源管理上的差异性进行Y描述，从而分别就民营企业 与国有企业的人力资源管理提升重点提出对策建议。 ［关键字］民营企业 国有企业 人力资源 Private enterprises and state-owned enterprises of the differences between humanresource management research [Abstract] State-owned enterprises and private enterprises as a market economy in our country in two properties of different types of operators，there are many differences. According to the China enterprise confederation of 200 private companies and the senior managers of state-owned enterprises according to the survey, in addition to the property right system and the corresponding differences in corporate governance structure, human resources and the corresponding employment system is the most significant differences both on the operation and management. Hire under two kinds of forms of property rights system and human resources has very obvious characteristic，only fully understand the differences between them, to ensure the smooth progress of human resources integration in mergers and acquisitions.
