浅析园林景观工程项目施工管理与成本控制 ［ ］园林景观工程施工项目管理的内容是研宂如何以高效益地实现项目目标 为目的，以项目经理负责制为基础，对项目按照其内在逻辑规律进行有效地计划、组织、 协调和控制，以适应内部及外部环境并组织高效益的施工，使生产要素优化组合、合理 配罝，保证施工生产的均衡性。本文针对于园林景观工程项目施工管理与成本控制做了 一些简单的诠释，集中体现利用现代化的管理技术和手段，在实现项目目标及体现中式 园林独具特色的意境风格为基础的前提下，以降低成本，突出风格，体现细节，把握全 局，做优质精品工程，力争把项目管理落到实处，结合实际服务生活，在节约成本，降 低能耗，减少污染的前提K实现企业利润最大化。 ［关键字］园林景观项目管理成本控制 Landscape engineering project management and cost control Abstract: Garden landscape engineering construction project management content is the study of how to effective in achieving the objectives of the project, the project manager responsibility system as a foundation, carries on project effectively planning，organization, coordination and control based on its intrinsic logic of the law，in order to adapt to the construction environment and high efficiency of the internal and external, the factor of production portfolio optimization, reasonable configuration, ensure the balance of production and construction. This paper focuses on landscape construction project management and cost control to do some simple explanation, embodies the use of modern management techniques and methods, realization and embodied in Chinese garden unique artistic style of project objective premise based, in order to reduce the cost， outstanding style, reflect the details, grasp the overall situation, quality quality engineering，strive to put the project management into practice, combined with the actual service life，reduce energy consumption, cost savings, to maximize the enterprise profit under the premise of pollution reduction.
