食品检验实验室管理与检验质量控制强化探析 　　【摘 要】食品检验是一项重要工作，可在根源上及时发现食品存在的安全问题，是保障食品安全的基础环节也是关键环节。进行食品检验的场所也就是食品检验实验室，其管理水平如何以及食品检验质量将会直接影响到最终检验结果，为此必须要不断加强食品实验室的管理。当前，国内食品检验实验室在管理以及检验质量控制上还存在着一定的不足之处，有必要对其影响因素加以探究，并将此作为依据提升食品检验实验室质量控制水平。 　　【Abstract】 Food inspection is an important work， and it can timely finds out the food safety problems from the root， and it is the basic link and key link to ensure food safety. Its management level and the quality of the food inspection will directly affect the final test results. Therefore， it is necessary to continuously strengthen the management of the food laboratory.
