Complex internal and external environment, the diversity of the Groups business enterprises, regional differences，organizational structure and ownership structure of the complex nature of capital flows have become so difficult to accurately predict and control. Therefore, to strengthen the Groups capital management research firm, is to promote enterprise group healthy, normal operation of the important conditions.
