高职物流管理专业人才培养中存在主要问题与对策 　　摘要：高职物流管理专业是培养高技能物流人才的重要基地，为了更好发挥它在培养物流人才中的作用，进一步完善高职物流人才培养机制，通过对我国20多所高职院校物流管理专业的调查分析，发现当前高职物流管理专业人才培养中存在的主要问题有：专业建设思路指导思想有些模糊、课程体系和教学内容设置不尽合理、教材选用等方面有待完善、教学条件需进一步加强、师资力量较薄弱等。要解决这些问题的主要对策是：进一步理清专业建设的思路、加强课程体系的建设、改革教学方法和教学手段、加强师资建设。 　　关键词：物流管理专业；问题；对策 　　中图分类号: G642文献标识码: A 　　 　　Abstract: The major of logistics management in vocational colleges is an important base of training skilled professionals of the field. To further elaborate it to play role in training professionals, and to further improve the training mechanism, an investigation about the construction of the major has been done in 20 vocational colleges, which shows that there at present exist some problems, that is, that the guiding ideology in the construction of the major is vague, that the curriculum and teaching content are not quite rational, that the teaching materials in such field are to be improved, that the teaching conditions need further strengthening, and that the teaching teams are still quite weak. Therefore, some countermeasures to the problems are manifested to further clarify the idea of the construction of the major, to improve the building of the curriculum, to reform the teaching methods and means, to strengthen the teaching teams, and so on. 　　Key words: major of logistics management; problems; countermeasures 　　 　　高等职业教育作为我国高等教育的一个重要组成部分，肩负着培养面向生产、建设、服务和管理第一线所需要的高技能人才的使命，从20世纪90年代以来，随着我国物流业发展，社会对物流人才的需求也随之增大，根据教育部高校物流专业教学指导委员会公布的统计数据，到2010年我国大专以上物流人才需求量为30万至40万人，在职人员培训需求达到100多万人。高职物流管理专业是培养物流人才的重要基地， 2000年以来，绝大多数高职高专院校为了适应社会对物流专业人才的需要，开设了物流管理的相关专业，由于开办的时间较短等原因，在高职物流管理专业人才培养过程中，还存在一些问题。 　　 　　1高职物流管理专业人才培养中存在的主要问题 　　 　　1.1专业建设思路指导思想有些模糊 　　高职教育必须以服务为宗旨，以就业为导向，要适应社会经济发展的要求。但是，据调查，相当一部分高职物流管理专业以学科教育为主，忽视高职专业自身的发展的规律，把高职物流管理专业办成了本科物流管理专业的压缩型，过分重视学生的学历教育和理论体系的完整性，没有针对地方经济发展、特别是针对物流管理职业岗位所需要的技能来进行专业建设和专业开发，大多数是跟着感觉走，存在较大的盲目性。这主要表现在以下几个方面：第一，高职物流管理专业的开发缺乏对社会发展状况的敏锐洞察力，不是在对区域经济结构、物流产业结构和物流技术结构进行深入分析的基础上进行专业建设，专业开发不能根据物流产业发展变化及时调整。许多高职物流管理专业仓促上马，教学设备、实训基地、教
