This article through extensive reading about logistics relevant literature material， combed related concepts of the closing logistic，domestic and foreign clothing enterprise logistics development and present situation, and wit to the TRIES company as an example，for it’s present situation of the logistics development，the analysis of existing problems，and combined with the characteristics of this company, proposes some countermeasures of logistics which can wit this company，and can promote it’s economic development.
