２００８年后中国体育改革与发展理论准备 　　摘要：为2008年后中国体育的改革与发展提供理论参考，对中国体育改革中需要解决的理论问题和科学发展观引发的体育理论问题进行分析，探讨了体育改革目标、体育改革的动力和阻力、体育改革的路径和措施、“举国体制”提法及体育改革前景、体育社团实体化改革、学校体育改革等中国体育改革中的要害问题；并全面阐述了体育发展的代价、体育发展的经济效益和社会效益、体育发展过程中的效率与公正问题、建立健全体育法制体系、树立现代体育价值观等中国体育发展的重要课题。基于上述讨论，提出中国体育改革必须通过深化改革体制创新，必须打破垄断体制，引入科学发展观，以适应国家经济与社会发展的形势。 　　关键词：体育改革；体育发展；科学发展观；2008年后；中国 　　中图分类号：G80文献标识码：A文章编号：1006-7116(2008)02-0001-06 　　 　　Theoretical preparation for sports reform and development in China after 2008 　　LU Yuan-zhen1，ZHANG Xin-ping2，ZHOU Chuan-zhi3 　　（1.School of Physical Education，South China Normal University，Guangzhou 510631，China；2.Department of Physical Education，SUN YAT-SEN University，Guangzhou 510275，China；3.Department of Physical Education，Zhangzhou Normal Institute，Zhangzhou 363000，China） 　　Abstract: The purpose of this article is to provide a theoretical reference for sports reform and development in China after 2008. The author performed an in-depth analysis on theoretical issues to be settled in sports reform in China and theoretical sports issues raised by the view of scientific development, probed into such critical issues in sports reform in China as the objectives of sports reform, the power and resistance of sports reform, the path and measures for sports reform, the wording of “nationwide system”, the prospect of sports reform, sports society substantiation reform, and scholastic physical education reform, and comprehensively expatiated on such important topics in sports development in China as the price for sports development, the economic and social effects of sports development, the efficiency and fairness issues in the process of sports development, the establishment and perfection of the sports legal system, and the establishment of modern sports value view.
