For supermarket operators， supermarket’s address is good or bad and whether they can bring profit to the supermarket is the key. How to choose a good location is the operator first considers questions. The correct location decision is half success of the supermarket operation. ? Supermarket operators and managers must use scientific methods to investigate factors affecting the supermarket site in every area，in order to get the best of siting policy. Accurate supermarket location has important effect on it’s sales of goods、the number of customer and it’s sales effectiveness. On the current development of RT-Mart supermarket in China it is basically opening a success, it’s success can not be separated from it’s correct siting policy，as a typical example of RT-Mart supermarket zhonghuan RT-Mart supermarket’s success illustrates the importance of siting.
