软件项目控制与协调机理研究 摘 要 “软件危机”一直困扰着软件产业的发展。对软件危机产生的根源及管理以及在多个 视角下对软件开发过程的深入理解已经成为软件项FI成败的关键。而本质上，每个软件 项目的开发过程都是一个项目控制与协调管理的过程。 本文正是在文献综述的基础上，以工程项0的管理为研究对象，以项0管理知识体 系为指南，以工程项目管理规范为准则，从项目管理班子及项目负责人的立场出发，以工 程项目的管理系统为切入点，纵向以控制和协调W大职能为研究主线，横向以项目三大 FI标的控制和协调为研宂FI的，从文化、行为、管理和技术等多个视角和层次，系统地探 讨丫软件工程项目控制与协调屮存在的问题并提出Y解决问题的思路及理论框架。 主要创新性工作如下：第一，讨论了工程项B的管理系统。第二，进行了软件工程项 目控制技术的理论研究。第三，进行了工程项目管理协调技术的研究。目前，人们将项目 协调理解为沟通、交流、会议等具体内容，还没有将其上升到理论的高度。本文在分析 了前人对项FI协调的涵义、范围和内容的基础上，构筑了项目协调系统的基本模型赋予 项目协调工作以新的内涵。第四，进行了工程项目三大目标控制及其相互作用关系的研 究，进行了权衡分析。第五，进行了工程项0三大0标控制与协调机理的研究。最终得 出结论，要想完成软件项目控制与协调的使命，必须做到明确实施目标，制定科学的计 划，组建完备的项H组织，健全决策机制，共享畅通的项目信息等一系列具体要求，冰 能达到卓越的项FI协调效果。 关键词：软件工程项A，项A管理，项A控制，项A协调，控制与协调机理 Research on control and coordination mechanism of software project Abstract ’’Software crisis” has been plagued by the development of software industry.
