中外商务礼仪文化研宄 随着屮国经济的发展，屮国与世界各国的商务活动日益堉多；在屮国加入 WTO后，中国与世界艿他各国的商务联系便更加紧密，商务谈判作为商务活动 的起点，对交易的成功发挥着重要作用。在国际贸易与经济高速发展的今天，对从 事商务谈判的人来说，学习掌握其理论知识与技能策略是极其必要的。礼仪在商 务谈判中又占据很重要的作用，而中外文化差异决定中外礼仪也大不相同，因此 本文从商务谈判和礼仪的涵义和原则出发，着眼商务活动和礼仪教学，阐述商务礼 仪在商务谈判中的作用，从而为更好地进行商务礼仪课程教学提供帮助。 木文旨在说明礼仪对商务谈判的作用，以提高商务人员在商务活动中的礼仪意识， 希望为商务人员在谈判中注意礼仪问题提供借鉴。同时也主要研究商务礼仪这一 文化在中外交往中的差异和重要性，H在使人们了解礼仪在我们生活中的作用， 帮助我们在屮外交往屮更好地表现自己，取长补短。 关键词：礼仪商务谈判作用 The Research on Business Etiquette at Home and Abroad ABSTRACT With China’s economic development，China and the other countries in the world of business activities are growing more and more. As China stepped into the WTO, China and the rest of the worlds business will be more closely linked, Business negotiations as a starting point of business activities are playing an important role on the success of the transaction.Today with the rapid development of international trades and economics, the people who engage in business negotiations are learning to master the theoretical knowledge and skills strategy that is extremely necessary. Etiquettes in business negotiations occupy a very important role，but they are also very different from foreign manners and cultural，So in this article from Business negotiations ,etiquettes and the meaning of principles to focus on business activities and etiquettes teaching，describe the role of the etiquettes in the business negotiations，.so as to give a favor of going on the teaching courses in the business etiquettes.
