扬州大学农业推广硕士专业学位论文本文研究认为提高淮安市秸秆综合利用，提高利用效益，加大科技攻关力度以解决作 扬州大学农业推广硕士专业学位论文 本文研究认为提高淮安市秸秆综合利用，提高利用效益，加大科技攻关力度以解决作 物秸秆利用的技术是关键，通过加大政策扶持力度，促进作物秸秆综合利用，加快制定秸 秆产业规划以引导产业结构调整，加快建立产业集群延长产业链以争取效益的最大化，推 动淮安农作物秸秆的综合利用水平。 关键词： 淮安；农作物秸秆；综合利用：效益 汪国莲：淮安市作物秸秆综合利用效益分析 汪国莲：淮安市作物秸秆综合利用效益分析 ．3． Benefical analysis of comprehensive utilization of crop straw in Huai’an Postgraduate：Wang Guolian Supervisor：Liu Shiping Wang Weizhong Abstract Crop straw，an important biomass resources，is a by-product of agricultural production and can be used嬲fertilizer,feed，fuel and raw materials in industrial production．In recent years， with the development of rural economy，the traditional straw·use patterns have been gradually weakened and eliminated．A large number of surplus straw have become prominent problems in agricultural production．Some farmers adopt the simplest approach to deal with them—burning or heaping arbitrarily,which not only polluted the environment，but also wasted the resources． Huai’an City is a traditional agficultural city,producing a large quantity of straw．Although some straw were used，there is still”four more and four less”phenomenon，that is scattered u$e more than multi-scale use；traditional customary use more than modem patterns of the exploitation of natural resources；a simple low·utilization patterns more than high technology with high value-·added ways of utilizing；extensive use without cost·-thinking more than profits consideration and accurate accounting of the straw use． Quantitative analysis on benefits produced by crops straw utilization of four projects including Huai’an straw fuel gasification station，wall panels，medium-density straw board and straw-power station was carried out in this study．Analysing the economic and social benefits of resources-reuse in the enterprise production,especially the analysis and valuation of cco．environmental benefits as alternative to othef materials，as well as the environmental pollution analysis of pollutants emission caused by open—air bu
