中山大学环境科学硕士论文 中山大学环境科学硕士论文 环境规划的尺度问题研究 Title： Scale issues study of the environmental planning Major： Environmental Science Name： Xu Caimei Supervisor：Prof．Chen Binglu Abstract Environmental planning is defined as the idiographic arrangement of environmental decision-making in temporal and spatial scale．The paper puts emphasis on the sorts of environmental planning in the temporal and spatial scale，the conflict and harmonization both iIl all kinds of scales and in their bowels． The environmental plann啦is separated into long—term environmental planning, medium-term environmental planning and short-term environmental planning in the temporal scale；and large scale environmental planning,mesoscale environmental planning and small scale environmental planning in the spatial scale according to the spatial heterogeneity theory．The large scale environmental planning includes national, provincial，drainage area and big territorial(which corresponds to or is greater than a province)environmental planning；the mesoscale environmental planning includes a smaller area(which is smaller than a province)and urban environmental planning；the small scale environmental planning includes a wide place in the road environmental planning and industrial estate environmental planning and SO on．And every environmental planning can he separated into many types of environmental planning， then these types of environmental planning form a series of gradually particular planning systems．There are not only differences but also consanguineous relation in every level．The differences should be considered in different zones，and characteristics should be incarnated．In a general way,higher-level planning is the gist and synthesis of lower-level planning，and the lower-level planning is the condition Ⅱ 中山大学环境科学硕士论文 中山大学环境科学硕士论文 环境规划的尺度问题研究 and decomposability of the higher—level planning，so we must consider their relationsh
