中文摘要 教育工作的重心不仅是教给学斗者问定的知识，学校教育作为教 育的重点环节它的根本任务是使学习者学会如何学习声学会如何合作， 学会如何生存。现代社会是一个竞争的社会，体育教学作为学校教育 的重要组成部分是实施素质教育和培养德智体美全面发展的人才不可 缺少的途径。在具体的教学中主要是以运动技术和能力这些操作性知 识的传授为主，而对于学生的竞争与合作、主动学习培养的投入却相 对弱些。因此 p 如何通过体育教学提高学生的自学能力，综合运用知 识、解决问题的能力和创新精神声培养竞争与合作的意识，就成为广 大体育教育工作者面临的首要问题。 把臼组织理论主要观点移植刽篮球数学中，综合运用教育学、社 会学、心理学、教学论等相关研究 F 结合篮球运动教学的规律和特点? 探讨篮球教学自组织的特性以及学生自组织能力的构成等问题，有助 于教师更好地把知识、技能、能力、人格转化成学生适应社会生活的 现实力量。更为重要的是通过自组织理论指导策球教学提高教学效果? 促进师生间的协作教学，帮助学生更好地确立主体地位，堵养学 生获取知识、探索未知领域的能力，使得学生积极主动地进行学习活 动成为可能，培养师范人才的综合能力。 关键词:高师体育院系 自组织特性 篮球教学 自组织 自组织能力  Abstract The focus of education will not just be to provide students with book knowledge. Instead，as an important of education，school education should take how teach students how to study，how to cooperation with each other and how to survive as its basic task. As the present society is highly competitive，physical education teaching，as an important p缸t of school education ，is essential to the implementation of quality education and the cultivation of the talents who are well-developed morally，intellectually and physically. Nowadays ，teaching is concentrated on the sports teclmique and ability which are concerned with operative knowledge. However，the cultivation of students sense of competition and cooperation has not been paid enough efforts. Therefore，it will become the primary topic for the physical education workers to foster the students of ability of self-study， comprehensive use of knowledge，the ability to solve problems，sense of innovation and the sense of competition and cooperation.
