And discover their internal association. Methods: The samples were collected from the First affiliated hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, 201 hypericemia patients were selected as hyperuricemia group（male 126,female 75）, and 224 healthy subjects as control group(male 136, female 88). After measured the height, weight, DBP, SBP and waist circumference of hyperuricemia group and control group were collected, and SUA, TG, TC, HDL, LDL, FPG, HbA1c, BUN, CREA and FINS were determined. The FINS were measured with radioimmunoassy (RIA). The HOMA-IR was calculated based on FBG and FINS with the minimal model.By spot field investigation have the general condition and disease history of subjects.The statistical data were analyzed by SPSS16.0 software. Results: 1) Compared to normouricemia subjects,hyperuricemia subjects had significantly greater serum uric acid, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, triglyceride, total cholesterol, fasting blood glycose, HbA1c , postprandial plasma glucose, fasting insulin, HOMA-IR, weight and body mass index (P0.05). The releated index of glucose metabolism and general data have difference after 30 years old (P0.05), SUA, BUN, CREA have difference between two groups in 30~49 years old (P0.05) , have significantly difference after 60 years old (P0.01).2)The correlation analysis showed that serum uric acid have positive correlation with SBP, DBP, weight, body mass index, triglyceride, total cholesterol；have negative correlation with high density lipoprotein; have positive correlation with fasting blood glycose, postprandial plasma glucose
